At Sunnyside it is our objective to produce the best doberman that we can. One that conforms not only to the AKC standard but to the standard of the country of origin and can do the job it was bred to do yet at the end of the day go home and be a loyal member of the family.
CONFORMATION
At Sunnyside it has been my goal to produce a Doberman that not only conforms to the standard, yet can still do the job it was created to do. By the combination of carefully selected American and European lines the looks and working abilities of my pups speak for itself.
HEALTH
All of my Breeding dogs must under go genetic health testing and pass in order to be used in my breeding program. I am proud to say that I do not knowingly breed to produce Vwd or DCM affected pups, nor will I breed to dogs that do not have validation that they have been tested for known genetic health issues. Sunnyside does not breed to Z factor dogs..
TEMPERMENT
It is one of the goals at Sunnyside to help improve the reputation of the Doberman by making sure that all the dogs used in our breeding program under go extensive temperment screening and are well socialized.
